In the unlikely event that your bracelet should break within 30 days of purchase, please return it along with all of the beads and findings and Stylish Sentiments will repair it at no charge. Please keep in mind that all beads and findings must be returned to fix the item. Shipping charges to send the item to us will not be reimbursed. Beyond 30 days of ownership, any issues would be considered normal wear & tear.
