Do you ship internationally?
  Currently, we are not able to ship internationally; we only deliver to locations within the United States.
What are my payment choices?
 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) for payment via our secure server. We also accept PayPal for payment. There is an option in your shopping cart, as you check out to pay via PayPal.

Orders generally ship within two business days of receiving your order. Orders are shipped following credit card authorization and payment verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service
 
Delivery confirmation is included at no additional charge to you. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended to protect your purchases from damage during shipment. You can add shipping insurance during checkout.
 
Orders to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS. We verify all shipping addresses prior to shipping. If we are unable to verify your shipping address, your order may be canceled. Currently, we are not able to ship internationally; we only deliver to locations within the United States.
 


 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Minnesota.
What is your return policy?
 
No Hassle Returns
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry but we understand that some items just might not work and we value our relationship with you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

All products must be returned in the original state they were received. Returns must include all original packaging, collateral material and a copy of the receipt or invoice. All original product tags must be attached to the items in the same manner as originally secured upon return in order for us to process your return. Products that show signs of wear, modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Delivery charges are not refunded. We do not accept returns on custom/special orders.
